Refunds are offered for defects and shipping damage only. We ask that customers kindly recycle items that are no longer wanted since we do not accept return shipments.
We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the actual "package delivered' date to request a refund on damaged and defective orders.
Because we are a smaller business, the return process takes about 24-48 hours before it is confirmed and a a refund decision if made. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
****Please Do Not try to ship the item until the refund is confirmed and clear instructions are provided****
If you are requesting a refund the item must be either:
- Item is defective or damaged
- The wrong item is recieved
The request asks for:
- a brief description and no less than 2 photos at different angles with your request.
This is because we are a smaller business, and at the same time we are working with manufacture to describe these issues so that they do not continue.
However, if you are disssatisfied with your purchase or if it doesnt meet your expectations we would still like to know. We will certainly work out a way to make it right for you between offers and other incentives, simply because we understand how frustrating that could be.
To improve customer experience, we track all different defects that arise over time, in order to learn from them, to work with partners to improve products, and to know what is common or is not common.
When Refunds are Not Accepted
- Once the tracking number is uploaded, we are unable to offer refunds for delays in logistics.
- For "out of the norm" or "Non-standard" defects (i.e. damage that are is more clearly from misuse of an item, and is uncharacteristic of actual defects or shipping damage)
- Accidental Purchase
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (meaning unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on purchases.
If you are unsure about any aspect of a product by it's description we ask that you please reach out with questions about size, dimensions, or color before purchasing an item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please rest assured that with certainty, we will always be in communication with you to verify that your package is on it's way in every single case of questions, so please do not hesitate to ask.
Please note that we also monitor in-transit products for each customer on our end to ensure you receive your packages, and will contact you with a resolution as soon as we identify and anomalies in shipping and logistics for customers' purchases.
