Orders are primarily processed and shipped from our U.S. distribution centers in California , New Jersey, Indiana, Ohio, New York, North Carolina. 

Sometimes when US inventory is limited, a product may be shipped from partners in Guangzhou, China. Due to this shipping times may be just 1-2 days longer based on its origin.

Rest assured, tracking numbers are provided and We work hard to get your items out the door and on their way to your home as quickly as possible.

We accept Refunds and Returns in the case of defective or damaged items, recieving of the wrong item(s), or the less common being lost-in-transit or not recieved at all.

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the actual "package delivered' date to request a refund on damaged and defective orders.

Because we are a smaller business, the return process takes about 24-48 hours before it is confirmed and a refund is made. 

****Please Do Not try to ship the item until the refund is confirmed and clear instructions are provided****

If you are requesting a refund the item must be either:

• Item(s) defective or damaged
• The wrong item(s) is recieved
  
• Lost in Transit/ not recieved

The refund/return request asks for:

• a very simple description and at least 2 photos at different angles with your request. 

This is because we are a smaller business, and at the same time we are working with various product partners to describe these issues so that they do not continue.

However, if you are disssatisfied with your purchase or if it doesnt meet your expectations we would still like to know. We will certainly work out a way to make it right for you between offers and other incentives, simply because we understand how frustrating that could be. 

To improve customer experience, we track all different defects that arise over time, in order to learn from them, to work with partners to improve products, and to know what is common or is not common. 

When Refunds are Not Accepted

1. Once the tracking number is uploaded, we are unable to offer refunds for delays for things like weather or carrier specific logistical delays.
   
2. You've provided the incorrect shipping address.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on purchases. 

If you are unsure about any aspect of a product by it's description we ask that you please reach out with questions about size, dimensions, or color before purchasing an item.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
